13RME provided end-to-end services for a government-based client on a large project from 2021 to 2025. These services included:

Project Management

  • Scheduling all local service shops and national on-site personnel.

  • Acquire all necessary permits for work, locations, and clearance.

Engineering and Innovation

  • Created or modified 129 code plugs.

  • Optimized and built out 130+ GTRs.

  • Modified and optimized 16 Portable Digital Repeaters (PDR).

  • Designed dual desktop mic cable for a single consolette to use two desktop mics.

Staging

  • Staged and shipped products to all national locations.

  • Installed 185 repeaters, including four Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) systems.

  • Preconfigured 317 KVL 5000s.

Training and Programming

  • Programmed and tested 17,543 radios and 89 consolette radios.

  • Provided on-site and telephone support to assist local service shops during installation.

  • Developed software instructional guides for accurate field testing.

  • Provided Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) installation guide.

  • Created installation procedures for Voice over IP (VoIP) solution.
